Hungarian Meatball Goulash

1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon paprika
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 green pepper -- chopped
1 clove garlic -- minced
24 frozen meatballs*
3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 cup sour cream
egg noodles -- cooked

In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and saute the onions until softened.

Add the paprika and stir for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, green pepper, garlic, meatballs, and caraway seeds. Stir well and simmer, partially covered, until hot and bubbling and meatballs are heated through. Stir in sour cream to blend and cook until hot.

Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
