6 oz. of butter
½ Cup heavy cream
1 Egg yolk
½ Cup grated parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in a pan on low heat.
Add heavy cream and half of the cheese while whisking the ingredients.
Place drained pasta into a bowl.
Mix the egg yolk with the sauce, and pour quickly over the pasta, toss.
Add the rest of the cheese and black pepper to taste.
