Egg Balls (Kluski z Zoltek)

4 hard-cooked egg yolks
4 raw egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Mash the cooked egg yolks or press through a sieve. Add raw egg yolks and seasonings. Mix until a smooth thick paste forms.

Drop by spoonfuls into boiling soup or broth. Cook a few seconds until egg balls float. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
