| Hamburger Barbecue Sandwiches 1 pound lean ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup ketchup -- (1/4 to 1/2) 1/4 cup bbq sauce 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper hamburger buns for serving Fry ground beef and drain well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until onions are translucent. Serve on hamburger buns. Serves 5-6. |
