Pork Chops with Corn Dressing 2 eggs, beaten 2 cans cream style corn (15 oz size) 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup celery, chopped 2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped 4 slices white bread, cubed 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 4 pork chops, 1" thick -- (4 to 6) In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, pimiento, bread cubes paprika, salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over dressing. Sprinkle with additional paprika and salt. Cover and bake at 350�F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until chops are done. |
