Mexican Chicken with Green Chili Rice Recipe

1 medium butternut squash,
peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1- inch pieces
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3-inch pieces
1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/2 C. salsa
1/4 C. raisins
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. ground cumin
3 C. hot cooked rice, for serving

Layer squash, bell pepper and chicken in crockpot. Mix tomatoes, salsa, raisins,
