What a Hit Roasted New and Sweet Potatoes with Root Vegetables Recipe

pounds rutabagas, peeled and chopped
3/4 pound turnips, scrubbed and chopped
2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
3/4 pound carrots, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, scrubbed and chopped
3/4 pound parsnips, peeled and chopped
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Place vegetables in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over
vegetables. Toss to coat vegetables. Spoon mixture into 15 individual foil
packets, or two large packets to serve family-style.
Place on hot grill about 20 minutes. Open packet and shake to turn vegetables,
then cook another 10 minutes with packet closed. Makes 15 servings.
