Mexican Deviled Eggs Recipe

Mexican Deviled Eggs

8 hard boiled eggs, halved
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt (to taste)

Mash the egg yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, green onion, sour cream and salt.

Evenly fill the whites.

Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Servings: 16
