Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Trifle
3 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 can cherry pie filling
1 large tub Cool Whip
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter softened
Combine butter, granulated sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in enough cool whip to
make it smooth. Reserve some for the top.
In a large trifle bowl layer crumbs, cream cheese filling,
then cherry pie filling, then crumbs, cream cheese filling, and blueberry
filling. Top with cool whip.
Refrigerate until serving.
