Spinach Bacon Deviled Eggs

1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled, halved and the yolks removed
1/2 cup thawed and squeezed dry chopped spinach
1/4 cup mayonnaise (May need more)
1/4 cup cooked, chopped bacon
2-1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar ( or to taste)
2 Tbs soft margarine
pinch of sugar
black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp salt

Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise. Mix well then add all remaining ingredients. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Chill well.
