Red, White and Blue Trifle
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 4-serving size package cheesecake flavor instant pudding mix
8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 frozen pound cake, thawed, cut into 1/2" cubes
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced bananas
Mix together milk and pudding mix and beat with wire whisk for 1-2 minutes or
until well blended. Gently stir the thawed whipped topping.
In large glass bowl, layer 1/2 of the cake cubes, 1/2 of the
fruit and 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers, ending with pudding
mixture. Chill at least 2 hours.
