Cranberry Bog French Toast
Add cranberries and peeled and sliced apples. Toss to coat well. Arrange bread slices on top. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, 2 tsp cinnamon in a separate bowl. Pour mixture over bread, soaking bread completely.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered with foil for
40 minutes in a preheated 375-degree oven. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Let
stand 5 min. before serving.
