Cow Puncher Beef & Rice
1 tsp. Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups cooked regular rice
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef, green pepper, and onion in a large skillet; drain. Combine
all ingredients except cheese in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; add cheese and
bake, uncovered, an additional 10 minutes. Serves 2
