Halloween Spooky Tarts
"These "Halloween Spooky Tarts" are really delicious desserts that
work great for Halloween and can also be decorated differently and
served at other holidays. "
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cold water
1 (4-serving size) package instant white chocolate flavor pudding
mix
2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
2 (4-ounce) packages single-serve graham cracker pie crusts
Assorted candies, colored sprinkles or Halloween candy cutouts
In large bowl, blend sweetened condensed milk and water with mixer
or wire whisk. Beat in pudding mix until blended. Chill at least 10
minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crusts; chill and
decorate. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 12 tarts.

Sprinkle top of tart with orange/black colored sprinkles.
Place Halloween shaped sugared candies on top of center of tart.
Make Your Own Designs:
Example - Cut out a wax paper ghost shape. Place wax paper ghost on
tart; drop sprinkles around the wax paper and then carefully lift
away wax paper.
Create a spider web design on top of the tart by cutting small
pieces of licorice and then placing small pieces onto tart as a web
design.
Variations:
Make this dessert again at other holidays. Decorate in holiday
theme. Examples: At Christmas, use red/green decorations or fruits
as toppings. At Easter, use jelly beans and pastel colored icings.
