Orange and Chocolate Marble Cheesecake Remove 1 C of the batter and add the reserved the crumbs. Set aside. Stir the orange peel into the remaining batter and pour into the refrigerated crust. Top with spoonfuls of chocolate batter. Using a knife, swirl batter into marble. Bake at 300 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Release from spring form when ready to serve. |
