Peach Sauce Recipe

Peach Sauce

One 10-ounce jar of peach chunks with juice
Dash of brandy extract
Dash of cloves
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper

Peach Sauce:
Heat sauce ingredients on stove and boil to 3/4 of the original liquid to thicken sauce. The sauce can be made ahead and heated just before serving. Serve on the side with ham.

Serves: 10 to 15.
