Sweet 'n' Spicy Onion Glaze

1 ea Env. Onion Soup Mix

8 oz (1 C) Salad Dressing *

20 oz (1 Jar) Apricot Preserves

* Choose one of the following Salad Dressings: Russian or Sweet 'n' Sour

In small bowl, blend all ingredients. Brush on during the last half of cooking.

Makes about 2 1/2 C glaze
