Frozen Apple Cream 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 T lemon juice 1/8 tsp salt 3/4 cup grated, unpeeled apples Fold in rest of ingredients.Pour into a 9x5x3" loaf pan. Cover with foil. Freeze until solid. Spoon into sherbet glasses to serve. Makes 6 servings |
