Zemi's Ginger Smoothies
ORANGE PINEAPPLE:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 banana
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger root
2 small ice cubes
APPLE COCONUT:
3/4 cup apple juice
1 pinch unsweetened grated coconut
1/2 banana
1/4 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger root
2 small ice cubes
ORANGE PINEAPPLE COCONUT:
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1/2 banana
1/4 tablespoon grated peeled fresh gingerroot
2 small ice cubes
Blend all in blender or food processor until smooth. The fresher the
fruit, the better the drink.
