Orange Cream Dream Ice Cream

2 Large eggs

3/4 Cup granulated sugar

2 Cups heavy or whipping cream

1 Cup whole milk

1/3 Cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

2 tsp. vanilla extract

Whisk eggs in mixing bowl until light & fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Whisk in sugar, a little at a time, until completely blended, about 1-minute more.

Add cream & milk, whisk to blend. Add juice & vanilla, blend well.

Transfer mixture to freezer, freeze as usual.

Makes a GENEROUS 1-quart
