Easy Lasagna Casserole/Pizza Casserole
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2# ground beef (I screwed up and used 1, still ok)
1 sm. onion, chopped...also added garlic
2 jars of pizza sauce (I only used 3/4 of a 15 oz. can cuz of the meat and we
don't like it saucy)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
and I topped the cheese with some pepperoni and mushrooms
Brown meat with onion and garlic salt and pepper, drain really well. Line the
bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with 1 pkg. of the crescent rolls for the bottom crust.
Mix the sauce with the meat and pour over crust. Top with
cheeses then the pepperoni and the mushrooms. Finish off with the 2nd pkg. of
crescent rolls as the top crust.
Bake at 350° for 30 min. or until cheeses are melted and
crust is golden.
You could really put your favorite pizza toppings on there too.
