1 can (15oz.) hormel chili, NO BEANS
16 oz. jar salsa
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 t. dried Italian seasoning (from a pkg. of Good Seasons salad dressing
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 t. parsley
12 lasagna noodles
2 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
Combine first 5 ingredients. In separate bowls combine cottage cheese and
parsley. Chili, salsa, and parmesan cheese in another bowl.
Start layering: sm. amount of sauce in bottom of pan, then
noodles, chili sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese-repeat layers. Makes
4 layers--cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Bake 350F for 45 min. to an hour.
