Italian Meatballs

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs -- Italian Style
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion -- chopped
1 egg

Heat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients. shape into twenty 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place in rectangular pan 13x9x2 inches. Or on cookie sheets. bake 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

To panfry: Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until no longer pink inside.

To microwave: Place meatballs in microwaveable dish, 11x7x1 1/2-inches. Cover loosely and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, rearranging meatballs after 3 minutes, until no longer pink inside. Let stand 3 minutes; drain.

Serves 4.
