Porcupine Meatballs
1/2 tsp. onion salt or powder
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 Tbs. sniped parsley, or 1 tsp. dried parsley
2 Tbs. finely chopped onion
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Combine onion salt through garlic powder. Mix in 1/4 of the mushroom soup. Shape
into small balls and place in a skillet.
In a small bowl mix rest of the soup and the water; pour
sauce over meatballs.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer 40 minutes,
