Grilled Spicy Beef Ribbons
 
1 lb. Rump roast, trimmed

Marinade:
1 cup Cilantro - finely chopped
1 T. Fresh ginger root - peeled and minced
4 Cloves garlic - minced
4 T. Sesame oil
2 T. Chili sauce - hot
2 T. Soy sauce
1 T. Rice vinegar
1 Whole lime - juiced
pinch Sugar --optional
8 Skewers

Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients.

Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer.

Grill or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
