California Spinach Salad

6 oz bag fresh spinach
15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 medium red onion
5 oz sliced almonds

Sesame-Honey Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp sesame oil
4 T seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredient for dressing, whisk vigorously with whisk. In a separate bowl combine salad ingredients, add dressing and toss.
