Honey Apple Tea
4 black tea bags
3 C. boiling water
1/3 C. honey
3 C. unsweetened apple juice
lemon slices, for garnish
Place tea bags in a heat-proof pitcher or teapot. Pour boiling water over bags
and steep, about 15 minutes. Pour into 2-quart serving pitcher.
Discard bags, add honey and apple juice and stir well. Serve over ice.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
