Lobster and Steak Brochettes
1 8 � 10 oz. lobster tail (cut into 1 in. pieces)
1 10 oz. top sirloin steak (cut into 1 in. pieces)
Marinade:
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 T. honey
1 1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. ground thyme
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. black pepper
Mix well and place beef and lobster pieces in it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Veggies for the skewer:
Cherry tomatoes
Lightly blanched mushrooms
Onion pieces cut in 1 inch squares
Green Pepper pieces cut in 1 inch squares
After marinating beef and lobster alternate pieces of both with the above listed
veggies on a long skewer and cook over hot coals until the lobster is finished.
Remove from skewer and serve.
