Marinated Vegetable Salad

1 pkg. rotini noodles
1 cauliflower, cut up
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, cut up
1 red pepper, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
3-4 carrots, cut in small strips
2-3 stalks celery, cut in small strips
2 cans button mushrooms, drained
or fresh mushrooms
1 large bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup feta cheese

Cook noodles according to instructions. Drain and cool. Put into large bowl that has a lid. Add all vegetables. Pour dressing over and mix.

Cover. Refrigerate 12-24 hours. Turn bowl upside down for a few seconds several times. Just before serving add feta cheese.
