Sweet and Sour Slaw

1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 small head red cabbage, shredded
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 large carrot, peeled and grated
1 C. mayonnaise
1 T. prepared mustard
1 T. sugar
2 T. wine vinegar
1 t. pepper
1 t. dried cilantro
1 t. basil
1 t. parsley

Combine vegetables in large bowl and mix well. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice.

Serves 8-10.
