Chili Chicken Success
1 lb chicken, skinless, boneless cut i
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
15 oz hormel chili, no beans
14 oz crushed tomatoes
1 package success rice, cooked
1 dash hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup pepper flavored jack cheese, shredded
In large skillet, saute chicken until no longer pink; set aside. In same
skillet, cook onion, peppers and garlic until tender; drain.
Stir in chili and crushed tomatoes. Add rice and hot pepper sauce; add reserved
chicken. Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes in skillet. Top with
shredded cheese.
