Easy Chicken Burritos
4 chicken breasts, boiled
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 1/2 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 burrito shells (8-12)
Shred chicken breasts with forks. Mix chicken, onion, sour cream, 1/2 cup salsa,
salt and pepper. Wrap in shells and lay in greased 13 x 9 pan.
Mix remaining 1 cup salsa and soup together, pour over
shells.
Top with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
