Almost Butterfinger Balls
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Optional: chopped peanuts
12 ounces chocolate chips melted
1 tablespoon shortening
Blend together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, powdered sugar and
peanut butter, and nuts desired. Form into 1" balls. Melt chocolate
chips and shortening together in a double boiler or in microwave.
Insert toothpick in balls and dip in chocolate. Place on waxed paper
lined cookie sheets. Allow to cool completely. Store in
refrigerator. |
