Christmas Biscotti Mix in a Jar

3/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries
3/4 cup shelled green pistachios
2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup Vanilla Sugar

Layer all ingredients in Jar Or vacuum seal bag.

GIFT TAG DIRECTIONS:1/3 cup butter, 2 eggs, 1 Jar mix. Blend well, divide into 2 loaves (about 9"x 2").

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 F for 24-28 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into 1/2" slices.

Bake at 325 F for 6-8 minutes, turn and bake an additional 6-8 minutes on the other side. Cool. Can dip the ends in chocolate for an added treat.
