¼ lb each peeled peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts,
pecans and whole unpeeled almonds or 1¾ lbs unsalted
2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
½ tsp cayenne
2 tsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbsp melted butter
Toss nuts in large bowl to combine & spread out on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15 - 18 minutes or until light
In a large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown
sugar, salt & melted butter.
Thoroughly toss warm toasted nuts with spiced butter & serve warm.
Makes about 5 cups.
