Caramel Corn
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
Bring to a boil and boil five minutes. Remove from heat and add:
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Pour evenly over 2 gallons popcorn (popped of course), stirring to
assure even coverage. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring
every 15 minutes. When cool, this results in a hard caramel coated
