Chili Seasoning Mix

1 cup sweet green pepper flakes
3/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/2 cup onion flakes
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic flakes
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Place all ingredients in a 1 quart jar, cover tightly and shake well to mix. Store in a cool, dark dry place for up to 2 months.

Makes 2 3/4 cups
