Creole Seasoning Mix

2 T. plus 1-1/2 t. paprika

2 T. garlic powder

1 T. salt

1 T. onion powder

1 T. dried oregano

1 T. dried thyme

1 T. cayenne pepper

1 T. pepper

Combine all ingredients.

Yield: 1 gift (about 1/2 cup). Place in a pretty jar tied with a ribbon.
