Hungarian Spice

� cup grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1� tablespoons caraway seeds
2 teaspoons thyme
2 bay leaves, finely crumbled
2 tablespoons paprika

In a screw-top jar, combine all ingredients. Cover tightly, shake until well mixed. Keep in a dry place.

Makes 3/4 cup.
