Almond Fudge Sauce

3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds

Heat chocolate and almond extract in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate in melted and smooth.

Pour condensed milk into small bowl. Stir in chocolate mixture.

Stir in toasted almonds.

Chill. Store sauce in jar in refrigerator until ready to use.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.
