Chocolate Praline Ice Cream Topping
1 C. whipping cream
2/3 C. packed brown sugar
2/3 C. butter
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. chopped pecans
In pan over med heat, bring cream, brown sugar & butter to a boil,
stir constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir
occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted
& smooth. Stir in pecans.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Store in refrigerator.
