Mocha Hot Fudge Sauce

2 ounces semisweet chocolate
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup strong coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt chocolate with butter in microwave.

Stir in syrup, sugar and salt, then the coffee and cream.

Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.

Allow to cool and transfer into a pint size jar and store in fridge.
