Triple Treat Sauce
12 ounces chocolate chips
11 ounces butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
12 ounces evaporated milk
1/2 cup coarse chopped dry roasted peanuts
Microwave chocolate morsels, butterscotch morsels and peanut butter
in large, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1
minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals,
stirring until smooth. Whisk in evaporated milk.
Stir in nuts.
Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Store
remaining sauce tightly covered in refrigerator.
Makes 4 1/2 cups.
