Heat about 4 cups oil in a fryer or deep pan, to 350ºF. pour bread crumbs into pie plate.
Scoop about 1/2 oz portion for each, form into ball, coat with bread crumbs well.
Fry for 1 minute; drain on paper towels. Serve with honey mustard dressing.
In a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Using a whisk, slowly pour in the honey and lemon juice, continue mixing until smooth.
