Cheese 'n' Chili Pita Triangles
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup Heinz chili sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced pimento stuffed olives
4 whole pita breads, unsplit (6")
Combine all ingredients except pitas. Spread pitas with cheese
mixture.
Bake in 375�F oven, 10 to 12 minutes. Let pitas stand 2 to
3 minutes, then cut into eight wedges.
Makes 32 appetizers. |
