Dijon Green Onion Appetizer
1 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 french bread baguette, slice diagonally -- (40 pieces)
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
sliced ripe olives (optional)
Combine mayonnaise, cheese, mustard and onions. Spread approximately
2 teaspoons mixture on each bread slice. Place cheese side up on
baking sheet. Broil until lightly golden. Garnish with ripe olives
just before broiling, if desired.
