Rocky Road Brownie Bars

1 package (19-21 ounces) brownie mix (plus ingredients to make cake-like
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate morsels, divided
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow crème
1/2 cup cashews, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a bowl, prepare brownie mix according to package
directions for cake-like brownies. Pour batter into a stoneware bar pan; spread
evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
2. Sprinkle 1 cup of the chocolate morsels over hot brownie. Allow to stand 5
minutes until chocolate is melted; spread evenly. Stir marshmallow crème in jar.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 20-30 seconds or until softened; drizzle over
brownies. Coarsely chop cashews; sprinkle over marshmallow crème.
3. In small micro-cooker, microwave remaining chocolate morsels, uncovered, on
HIGH 1 minute or until melted, stirring after each 20-second interval. Drizzle
evenly over brownies.
4. For easier slicing, allow brownies to cool at least 20 minutes before
