Big Dutch Pancake and Berries Place butter in an 8-inch square baking pan; place pan in a 425�F. oven for 2 minutes or until butter melts and pan is very hot. Combine milk, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in flour and sugar; beat until smooth. Pour into hot pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until puffed and brown on top. Spoon berries over top and dust with confectioners' sugar.
