Big Dutch Pancake and Berries

1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup fresh raspberries or blackberries
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 cup milk
4 whole eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In a bowl, combine berries; set aside.

Place butter in an 8-inch square baking pan; place pan in a 425�F. oven for 2 minutes or until butter melts and pan is very hot.

Combine milk, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in flour and sugar; beat until smooth. Pour into hot pan.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until puffed and brown on top. Spoon berries over top and dust with confectioners' sugar.

Yield: 6 servings
