Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe
Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1-1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Large egg
1 Cup buttermilk
1 Tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1-1/2 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tsp vegetable oil
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl; set aside.
Whisk egg, buttermilk and vanilla together in small bowl.
Add buttermilk mixture and butter to flour mixture and stir
just until blended. Stir in blueberries.
Spoon 1/3-cup batter onto hot griddle for each pancake.
