Puff Pancake with Peaches and Sausage
1 Tbsp. butter Filling Whisk together pancake ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate but do not stir. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden. While baking, cut sausages into halves. Combine all filling ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer. Syrup will thicken and sausages and peaches will glaze. Spoon filling into pancake, and cut into wedges. |
