Puff Pancake with Peaches and Sausage

1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

1 pkg Brown & Serve sausage
1 can (16-oz) peaches, drained
1/3 cup syrup
dash nutmeg

Put butter in 9 inch pie plate and heat in 400 oven until melted.

Whisk together pancake ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate but do not stir.

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden.

While baking, cut sausages into halves.

Combine all filling ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer. Syrup will thicken and sausages and peaches will glaze.

Spoon filling into pancake, and cut into wedges.
